2. Start with a gentle hug or caress and take it up and down your ENTIRE body.
Now, let's get one thing straight, Sister: I'm not talking about a quick rubbie rubbie huggie huggie. I'm talking about an OOOOH ~ AAAAH ~ that feels good. Really enjoy and notice the positive sensations in your body.
It's bound to relax you a bit and send little sparkles of love throughout your wonderful being.
3. Repeat at least once a day ~ adding a minute or two when you can!
