I receive a good number of my blogs in Feedburner, via my email. Not all...but many. One of them is written by Juan Tornoe at Hispanic Trending. To me, Juan is the voice of the Hispanic community in this country. I know he's not THE voice, there are many voices... but, I trust Juan and I know when he reports something on Hispanic Trending that it's the truth. It's real. It's worth reading and thinking about.

So, when I read this post on his reply to an article someone else had written, I had to share it. I've connected to both Juan's blog and to his reply which appeared in the Dallas News. If you are not paying attention to this market - the vibrant, exciting, smart, talented Latinas in the U.S. - you will wake up someday and say, "I should have paid more attention."
