Padmelivingstonecrop Exciting news: the July Sweepstakes* officially begins today! I've been a bit lax at getting it announced - so I apologize to Padme (our sweepstakes focus this month) and readers who were waiting for it.

Just for clarity's sake...Although I am occasionally a practicing qi gong healer, I actually consider my main focus of my "work" life is as a meditation teacher.

I hope whoever wins the book will find it helpful!
