This is my answer to the results from the research study done by the Center for Women's Business Research and IBM. If you didn't read last week's rant..ahem...post, check it out here to get up to speed.

Don't get me wrong -- the results show promise but, I'm all about maximizing potential. Don't tell me I'm average...I want to be the BEST. I refuse to be a part of the mediocre majority. Nuh-uh, that doesn't work for me - and if you're reading this blog, you don't want to be average either.

And, I'm prepared to do something about it, hence the Women & Technology Brass Tacks Roundtable Discussion.

I don't know who's going to be there or how many of us will be there. It might be three, 30 or 300 but, I know I'll be there, ready to talk about how we can turn those research results around and elevate ourselves from average and start to create some serious competitive advantage, increase income, visibility and freedom. For us by us.
