One of the fundamentals of "growing up" is understanding that you have choices in everything. While we certainly can't control what other people do in many cases, we can control how we act and react. And, we can choose to simply not play - it's a real game changer! (One of the reasons I believe women start their own businesses at twice the rate of men.) </p>
