Not only is Oprah Winfrey one of the richest self-made women in the world, she's also one of the most influential according to such institutions as CNN, Time, Forbes and Entertainment Weekly. Her $2.7 billion wealth saw her become the world's first ever black female billionaire, and the only black billionaire between 2004 - 2006. In addition, her annual earnings are believed to be in the region of $250-$300 million
