<p>If I could offer some advice? If it all seems a tad scary lol - why not outsource just one task initially, testing VA's as you go until you find someone you are happy with and before you know it you will then be able to focus entirely on being at the helm of your business and not in the engine room.</p>

I'm working on the same issue...and HAVE had a lot of good fortune with my current team of part-time helpers...but realize that I probably need one more (intern or very inexpensive VA )elf to be helping 'distribute the toys'! Maybe we should share one?? ;)</p>
